Youth unemployment and underemployment is an issue still require attention. In the absence of the employment opportunities, the youth of the area try to migrate to other parts of the world illegally. Therefore appropriate guidance is required to improve the condition for the youths have undergone for appropriate skill developments according to their educational background and the job market in the area where they live. In order to mitigate this issue HDO with close coordination with DVTC and promote carrier guidance programme and support to mobilize youths to stat vocational training in order to sharpen their skills.
